JUSTIN SUN, ASSOCIATE

Justin Sun is an Associate Attorney with Oldham, Klement & Noga, PLLC, whose practice focuses on business and transactional law. His background in finance and economics allows him to approach legal issues with a practical understanding of business operations, financial considerations, and client objectives.

Mr. Sun’s work spans a broad range of business and commercial matters, including contract drafting and corporate structuring. Prior to joining Oldham, Klement & Noga, Mr. Sun assisted startups and small businesses with commercial contracts and corporate governance. Mr. Sun also assists with estate planning and litigation, using his experience at the Travis County Attorney’s Office to provide additional insight into dispute analysis.

Mr. Sun earned his law degree from the The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a staff editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He graduated from The University of Texas with dual majors in Finance and Economics.

Outside of work, Mr. Sun enjoys the fine arts, frequently attending musicals and symphonies. He also enjoys racquet sports, including tennis, table tennis, and pickleball.
