Justin Sun is an Associate Attorney with Oldham, Klement & Noga, PLLC, whose practice focuses on business and transactional law. His background in finance and economics allows him to approach legal issues with a practical understanding of business operations, financial considerations, and client objectives.
Mr. Sun’s work spans a broad range of business and commercial matters, including contract drafting and corporate structuring. Prior to joining Oldham, Klement & Noga, Mr. Sun assisted startups and small businesses with commercial contracts and corporate governance. Mr. Sun also assists with estate planning and litigation, using his experience at the Travis County Attorney’s Office to provide additional insight into dispute analysis.
