 Sarah-Grace French is an Associate Attorney at Oldham, Klement & Noga, PLLC, with a practice focused on municipal law, administrative law, constitutional litigation, and government representation. She advises public entities and private clients across Texas on a wide range of civil matters, drawing on a background that blends legal strategy, courtroom advocacy, and regulatory insight. Known for her precise and proactive approach, Sarah-Grace brings clarity and structure to complex legal challenges.

Sarah-Grace’s experience includes advising governmental clients on compliance, defending constitutional and civil rights claims, and handling employment-related disputes. She regularly appears in court and administrative proceedings, representing cities, public officials, and agencies in litigation, risk management, and legal planning.

Ms. French began her legal career with internships at several key federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Office of Personnel Management, where she gained early experience in legal research, risk assessment, and regulatory enforcement. That foundation sharpened her ability to analyze issues from both legal and operational perspectives—an asset in her work today defending municipalities and navigating administrative hearings.

Her current practice includes defending cities in civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, litigating constitutional law issues, advising on state and local government contracts, and managing employee benefits and labor disputes. Sarah-Grace focuses on pre-litigation strategy and early resolution, while remaining prepared to take matters through trial or appeal when necessary.
